Fruit Vinegar

Fruit vinegar is obtained through the fermentation of fruit that is in season at the time of production. Rocha pears, Alcobaça apples, plums, Algarve oranges, Fundão cherries and Torres Novas figs: a combination of fruits that, depending on the time of year, provide the consumers with a pleasant sensation of freshness and well-being (particularly if sprayed on a tasty Summer salad)!
